Health Challenge & Siblings Camp
Before your application is complete and ready for assessment you will need to ensure you have completed the following:
Camper Profile
Create a Camper profile for all members of the family who will be attending on your Over The Wall Camp Dashboard.
Clinic Letter
Make sure to upload your most recent clinic letter, which must be dated within the last 12 months,, from the clinic managing their primary health condition to your Over The Wall Dashboard. This is essential to ensure we have the necessary information to provide appropriate care during camp. We will contact their healthcare professional or you if additional information regarding their health needs or care is required.
Two weeks before attending camp, you will need to:
Camper Photo
Ensure all campers have photo uploaded on your Over The Wall Camp Dashboard.
Click on the grey silhouette icon to upload photos.
Timings
Double check your camp arrival time on your Over The Wall Camp Dashboard for transport information.
Transport
Check your transportation form on your Over The Wall Dashboard for transport information.
