Important Information. Please read in full: If your child has a health challenge, they must be checked in by one of our clinical team, even if they do not have medications. Please be prepared for a potential wait, as delays can occur during this process.
If your child is a sibling but has medications, they will also need to be checked in by our clinical team. Children are checked in by the medical team responsible for their care during the camp week. While it may appear that another team member is available to assist, they may not be part of the correct team. This process is vital for your child’s safety, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
South Camp

Drop Off
Location Bristol Parkway Station (Stoke Gifford, Bristol, BS34 – 8PU)
Departure Date 13th April
Arrival Time Please arrive by 11:00.
Check-In Allow at least one hour for camper check-in.
London
Drop Off
Location London Green Line Coach Station (Bullied Way, Victoria, SW1W 9SH, please note this is NOT The Victoria Coach station)
Departure Date 13th April
Arrival Time Please arrive by 11:30.
Check-In Allow at least one hour for camper check-in.
Pick Up
Location London Green Line Coach Station (Bullied Way, Victoria, SW1W 9SH please note this is NOT The Victoria Coach station)
Return Date 17th April
Arrival Time Please arrive for pick up by 13:30.
Important Whoever is collecting your child will need to bring photo ID with them. It’s crucial to arrive on time, as our volunteer chaperones are on a tight schedule.
